Upon decision of the North АAtlantic Council following the request of Ukraine from 5 to 8 April the NATO Advisory Support Team (AST) on Critical Infrastructure and Civil Population Protection conducted work in Ukraine.

As a result of the work of the group, the civil contingency plans and crisis management measures related to critical energy infrastructure and civil protection risks in case of eventual further aggravation of the security situation were developed.

Cooperation between Ukraine and NATO in the sphere of emergency planning will continue.
