Head of the Mission of Ukraine to NATO, Ambassador Ihor Dolhov delivered an address for Dr. Manfred Wörner Circle at NATO themed "From Yalta 1945 to Sochi 2014, and back".

In his speech the Ambassador of Ukraine has covered a wide range of issues associated with the establishment and functioning of the security system in Europe, the formation of Ukraine as an independent state, and the threats and challenges facing our state and the entire modern system of European security today.

After the speech, Ambassador Dolhov answered numerous questions from the audience.
