On September 4-5, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko will make a working visit to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to attend the NATO Summit in Newport, North Wales.

It is planned that the President will deliver a speech at the meeting of heads of state and government of the Alliance, attend the session of the Commission Ukraine-NATO and hold several meetings.

The President will begin his participation in the Summit with a joint meeting between British Prime Minister David Cameron, U.S. President Barack Obama, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi and French President François Hollande.

Also, the Head of State will hold bilateral meetings with French President François Hollande, Polish President Bronisław Komorowski, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, British Prime Minister David Cameron, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Secretary General of NATO Anders Fogh Rasmussen.
