At the same time, Mr. J.Stoltenberg is convinced that such steps of the separatists don't contribute to the peaceful settlement of the crisis.
The Secretary General has once again called on Russia to end its destabilising actions in Ukraine, withdraw its forces, and make genuine efforts to ensure the ceasefire is respected.
