In his speech NATO Secretary General condemned Russian aggression against Ukraine. It was stated that the Russian Federation is continuing the movement of armed groups, the supply of military equipment, heavy armored vehicles and advanced air defense systems, which is a violation of Minsk agreements. Once again J.Stoltenberg called on Russia to take concrete steps towards a peaceful solution to the crisis. NATO Secretary General said that Alliance and the EU are united in their support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. NATO and the EU also unanimously support the Minsk agreements and the work of special OSCE mission in Ukraine.
