During the meeting the Ambassador informed the Secretary General of NATO about the vision of leadership of our state concerning the deepening of special partnership with the Alliance on the background of the expected cancellation by the newly elected Parliament of the neutral status of Ukraine.

During the meeting it was agreed to kick off a discussion on this issue during the Ukraine-NATO Commission meeting at the level of Foreign Ministers to be held on 2 December 2014, at the Alliance's headquarters.
