The effective communication in unpredictable conditions was the main theme of this year's Forum. The experts on communication strategies, as well as members of NATO International staff responsible for these issues took part in the event.

The Ukrainian side was represented by spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Yevgen Perebyinis and co-founder of the project "StopFake.org" Yevgen Fedchenko.

The issue of countering the Russian propaganda in the context of its hybrid war against Ukraine was discussed during the event.
