On 24 April 2015, Memorandum of Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the NATO Communications and Information Organization related to co-operation on C4ISR activities within the NATO PfP Programme of activities was signed in Brussels.
On behalf of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Memorandum was signed by Head of Mission of Ukraine to NATO, Ambassador Ihor Dolhov, from the NATO side - by General Manager of the NATO Communications and Information Agency, Major General (rtd) Koen Gijsbers.
Signing of this international agreement opens up opportunities for continued collaboration of experts of our country and NATO in order to improve the regulatory framework for deepening practical cooperation between Ukraine and NATO. It also reflects the efforts taken by NATO and Allies to support a large-scale reform of the security and defence sector of Ukraine in accordance with the decisions taken at the NATO Summit in Wales.
