Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin is going to visit the province of Antalya (Turkey) on 13 of May 2015 to take part in the Alliance's annual event at the level of foreign ministers.
In the framework of these events a meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Commission (NUC) at the level of foreign ministers is going to be conducted. The current political and security situation in Ukraine, the schedule of intensive political dialogue for the near future and further development of cooperation between Ukraine and the Alliance to support the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our country, the restoration of its defense capabilities and combat readiness, logistic support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be discussed during the NUC Meeting.
It is expected that a joint statement will be adopted after the NUC meeting.
Ukraine's Foreign Minister will also participate in the meeting of partners of the NATO-led non-combat, training, advisory and assistance mission in Afghanistan "Resolute Support" and will hold bilateral meetings with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and a number of foreign ministers of member-states.
Following the participation in these events Minister Pavlo Klimkin is going to meet with the press (on 13 May 2015, 19.00, the press-center of the complex Susesi Resort, Antalya, Turkey).
