The High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy arrived in Antalya for participation in the meeting of NATO Foreign Ministers.
Pavlo Klimkin and Federica Mogherini "synchronized the watches" before the EU-Ukraine events to be held soon.
