From the Ukrainian side the agreements were signed by Yehor Bozhok, Head of the Mission of Ukraine to NATO ad interim, and from the NATO side - by Michael Leiden, General Manager of the NATO Support and Procurement Agency.

The implementing agreements relate to two NATO trust funds: 1) on physical rehabilitation (prosthetics) of the military personnel and 2) on reforming the logistics and standardization systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
