During the visit to Kyiv, the NATO delegation led by Commander NATO Special Operations Forces HQ Marshall Webb signed the Letter on intent for cooperation in sphere of Special operations between the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the NATO Special Operations Headquarters. From the Ukrainian side document was signed by Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Viktor Muzhenko.

NATO delegation visited Ukraine to get acquainted with the process of the creation of the Special Operations Forces and for providing Alliance's support in this issue.
