Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine strongly condemns terrorist acts in Brussels on 22 March which took lives of dozens of civilian.
We express our sincere condolences to the Government and people of Belgium, relatives and friends of the victims and hope for a quick recovery of those who affected by these horrific attacks.
Ukraine as a state, which suffers from terrorist attacks, shares the Belgians pain forced to face a threat on its peaceful streets. We perceive this attack on the heart of Europe as an attack on every European country, on all of us.
The tragedy reiterated – the world has to rebuff terrorism and all those who use terrorism for intimidation and destruction. We have to join and strengthen our efforts and to continue fighting with our common enemy. No one can feel safe as long as this threat is not eliminated.
