On behalf of the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Army General of Ukraine V.Muzhenkо award was handed by Military Representative of the Mission of Ukraine to NATO V.Askarov. The award was presented to Philip M. Breedlove for his contribution to the development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
