In his address to opening of the photo exhibition, which highlights the milestones in the political dialogue and practical cooperation between NATO and Ukraine, head of mission of Ukraine to NATO I.Dolhov said that this partnership is a common value.

"Therefore, by marking the 15th anniversary of the signing of the charter, we can say that our particular partnership is successful and effective. we are confident about the future, adding new projects and initiatives to enhance our cooperation with NATO in order to strengthen security in Europe," – ambassador I.Dolhov said.

The NATO assistant secretary general for public diplomacy K.Grabar at her opening remarks to photo-exhibition underlined: “Our relationship with Ukraine, has, since its inception been a rewarding and fruitful one. as we look to the future together, let us keep the founding pillar of our relations, the NATO-Ukraine charter on a distinctive partnership and the values enshrined therein, as its guiding principle”.

The guests also had the opportunity to observe the video from the signing in 1997 in Madrid historic document and read the special issue of magazine "Atlantic panorama" dedicated to the event.
