The film is the first documentary to chronicle Ukraine's offensive in Russia in August 2024. It features exclusive commentary on the planning and execution of military actions on enemy’s territory from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Oleksandr Syrskyi, and the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Anatoliy
Bargylevych.
Opening the event, Major General Serhii Salkutsan, Military Representative of Ukraine to NATO, noted that since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have successfully conducted multiple operations, particularly in the Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Kherson regions. However, he emphasized that the operation in the Kursk was especially significant, as it demonstrated that the Russian regime doesn’t have the strength to hold out when Ukraine applies real pressure.
Members of the film's production team also addressed the audience.
The film was created at the initiative of the Chief Communications Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and includes video footage shot directly by combat brigades.
