Head of the Mission of Ukraine to NATO, Ambassador Ihor Dolhov met NATO Parliamentary Assembly's Secretary General David Hobbs.

The parties discussed the results of the recent visit to Kyiv by the NATO PA President to participate in a meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Interparliamentary Council.

At David Hobbs' request, the Ambassador informed him of internal political developments in Ukraine. He stressed that on a day of mourning declared in Ukraine, it was most urgent tocease violence and resume talks immediately.

The Assembly's Secretary General underlined that these were the points urged for by the NATO PA President and the Secretary General of the Alliance.
