Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin met with NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen who paid a one day visit to Ukraine on 7 August.

During the meeting the sides discussed joint steps to be taken to deepen NATO-Ukraine Distinctive partnership, in particular further development of the political dialogue and practical cooperation including in the context of preparation for the NATO-Ukraine Commission meeting at the highest level at the NATO Summit in Wales in September.
