During the meeting the discussion of urgent issues of Ukraine-NATO cooperation in the sphere of emergency situations was concluded. The parties have discussed a number of organizational issues concerning the preparation of the plenary session of the committee with the participation of Ukraine, NATO members, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland and Ireland which due to be held on 6 November 2014 in Brussels.

In the course of event, it was proposed to organize an international seminar dedicated to the protection of critical infrastructure.

During the meeting, the participants had the opportunity to visit the State control center on emergency situations.

The next 13th meeting of the joint Ukraine-NATO working group on preparedness and planning for emergency situations will be held in 2015.
