Ukraine was represented by Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights V.Lutkovska. During her speech the Ukrainian Ombudsman informed of the measures taken in Ukraine to protect the rights of internally displaced persons. Special attention was also paid to the human rights violations in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, as well as from pro-russian militants in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
