During this meeting they discussed the situation in eastern Ukraine and the implementation of the Minsk agreements. The futher practical cooperation between Ukraine and Poland in the military sphere to reform the Armed Forces of Ukraine according to the NATO standards was also considered.

The Polish side assured on its support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and invited the Chief of General Staff of Ukraine to take part in Days of high-ranking guests of multinational exercise "Anaconda-2016ˮ, which will be held in Poland in June this year.

While at NATO Headquarters Chief of Staff of Ukraine also met with the Chiefs of General Staff of Great Britain, Georgia, Canada and Romania.
