Head of the Mission of Ukraine to NATO ad interim Yehor Bozhok, Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs and Security Policy, Ambassador Terry Stamatopoulos, Ambassador of Bulgaria to NATO Ivan Naydenov and representatives of member states and partner countries took part in the event.

In the course of event the following results of the Trust Fund were presented:

- Novy Sanchary National Guard Hospital has received a new rehabilitation equipment;

- at the Lviv Ministry of Defence Mlitary Hospital the therapeutic room with specialized rehabilitation equipment was opened;

- at the Lviv Ministry of Defence Mlitary Hospital the workshop for maintenance and repair of wheelchairs was opened;

- trainings and seminars for Ukrainian specialists on rehabilitation of servicemen are conducted on the permanent basis.

During a speech at the presentation the Head of the Mission of Ukraine to NATO ad interim thanked to all NATO member states that have made their contributions to the Trust Fund, and called on them to continue this process.

In his turn, the Ambassador of Bulgaria I.Naydenov stressed the importance the Trust Fund to be effective because armed provocations in eastern Ukraine are being continued and Ukrainian soldiers and civilians are getting serious injures.

Ambassador Terry Stamatopoulos said that the Alliance would continue to support Ukraine in these difficult times, which clearly was declared during the last meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Commission at the level of defense ministers.
